Kin-Tec: About Us

In 2001 Kinetic Technical Limited was established as a subsidiary of Kinetic PLC with the remit of supplying technical personnel and senior managers to the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy Industries.

Kinetic Technical grew from strength to strength and by focusing on high end technical recruitment the niche branch became one of the sector's most successful recruiting companies. In 2008 a management buyout of Kinetic-Technical benefited both the parent company and the newly renamed Kin-Tec. It allowed Kin-Tec (Kinetic Technical Limited) to rebrand and highlight its niche recruitment nature while Kinetic PLC continued with their core business of supplying blue collar personnel to the manufacturing sector.

The Kin-Tec team now focus exclusively on providing recruitment services for the oil and gas, energy and pharmaceutical industries and have filled positions across the globe with some of the largest names in industry including Shell, Maersk, Total, National Grid, Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline amongst others.

The Kin-Tec team are proud to have grown so successfully in such a short time and it is a testament to their determination and skill that in a time of economic recession they continue to grow and find work for professionals across their core markets.
