Our client is a Global Oil & Gas Operating company which are recruiting for Subsea engineer to be based in Egypt.

oRequired to manage the interface with manufacturing contractors in respect of subsea systems in regards to engineering, manufacture, FAT / EFAT, SRT offshore deployment and commissioning including workover controls systems.
oManage all interfaces within JOC in respect of Subsea Operations Team (Interventions) Projects, Drilling and Completions departments.
oManagement of engineering aspects of tender submission and evaluation process for the supply of subsea systems inclusive of controls and work over equipment.
oResponsible for the management of contractor interfaces in respect of manufacture and testing of subsea trees and control systems within contractors facilities and report / update project team regarding technical / manufacturing issues and attend contractor project meetings on a regular basis. - Will require frequent visits to manufacturer’s location.
oPrepare procedures in conjunction with manufacturer regarding FAT /EFAT / SIT requirements. Shall be capable of interfacing / managing all 3rd party contractors’ involvement in such aspects to meet project goals and schedule.
Unique Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute
Experience Needed:
o
Capable of managing all aspects of subsea drilling and completions systems.
oAmple experience in the areas of design and specification, manufacturing, testing (FAT / EFAT / SIT etc), offshore installation and operational support.
Specialist Knowledge/Languages:
oDegree or HNC required
oDeveloping a learning organisation
oSpecialist skills for this role
