o Align project objectives.
o Ensure that all contractual requirements are complied with.
o Direction of project dedicated personnel responsible for HSE, quality, engineering, construction, project engineering and business services, including sub-contracts, planning, cost control and information management. Ensure clear goals for all project personnel aligned to Contract requirements. Apply PPR and develop project personal accordingly.
o Ensure that personnel resources are sufficient and competent to safely execute the work.
o Establish effective communication and interfaces for all areas of the project.
o Establish cost methods and procedures that are consistent with Contract requirements. Arrange Contract co-ordination meetings on a regular basis.
o Issue progress and information reports as required by the Contract. Receive and distribute to the project team all relevant communications with adequate guidance where action by others is required.
