Kin-Tec Recruitment Ltd currently recruiting for Chief Geophysicist vacancy with an International E&P company based in Europe. The success ful candidate will match the following criteria: - Extensive understanding of development and exploration Geophysics, including 15+ years of upstream experience. - Practised competences in integrated, multidisciplinary team work or projects in 2 or more phases of the EP lifecycle: e.g. Exploration, Appraisal, or field development planning. - Practical experience with technical assurance processes - Demonstrated experience and interest in the development and mentoring of specialist staff. - Good communication and social skills, effective across a broad spectrum of nationalities and cultures. - Interest in novel/innovative technology development and implementation
